    Which devices is Pili Pop compatible with?
    Pili Pop applications are compatible with most iOS (Apple) and Android tablets and smartphones, but cannot be installed on a computer. You can check if your device is compatible by downloading the application for free here.
    Can I use Pili Pop on multiple devices?
    Your Parent account lets you access your subscription on 5 different devices. However, for privacy and security reasons, your children's progress data is not synchronized between your devices.
    Will I be get any additional content?
    Yes, in the trial version, Pili Pop only allows access to the basic vocabulary themes. When you subscribe, the catalog of over 300 activities is unlocked!
    Are there other languages available?
    Your child can also learn Spanish with Pili Pop Español (Apple and Android) and French with Pili Pop Français (Apple and Android). Your subscription gives you access to all Pili Pop applications in all our languages!
    Is there a commitment?
    If you choose the 6-month or 12-month deal, your commitment will be 6 or 12 months. The monthly deal is commitment-free. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
    How can i pay for my subscription?
    We accept credit card payment for subscriptions, even for the monthly installments.
    How do i cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel the renewal very easily by logging into your Parent account on the Pili Pop website.
    Does my device need to be connected to the Internet?
    Yes, your device must be connected to the Internet for the speaking activities and the Pilis' video adventures.
